Exchange & Return Guidelines
At Beautyana Fashion, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience. Please read our exchange and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3-6 working days. Sundays and official/public holidays are excluded from this timeframe.
Exchange Only – No Refunds
Beautyana does not offer cash or monetary refunds. Eligible items may only be exchanged for another size or another product, subject to availability. If the replacement item has a different price, the customer must pay any applicable price difference.
Exchange Period
Items must be brought back or dispatched for exchange within 10 days of receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original labels and tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange Delivery Charges
All additional delivery charges related to an exchange are the customer’s responsibility. This includes the collection/return of the original item and delivery of the replacement item, where applicable.

While we do our best to ensure orders are delivered on time, Beautyana Fashion is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the courier, incorrect or incomplete customer information, circumstances outside our reasonable control, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
